We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for all unworn jewelry and accessories in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

Prepare the Package
Place the items safely in their original Justine Clenquet box and protective pouch to ensure they are not damaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a tracked shipping service to the address provided by our support team; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
